- If it says My Account: Logged In, your saved information will be copied into the Church Invitation Card Maker.

Electronic Business Card
Business mode only — this card uses the business logo and business information, not the church photo.
Uses the same business information as your printed card. On a phone you can call, text, email, add the business to contacts, or share the details without retyping them.
Visual Business Card — Card-Size View
This is the designed business card itself in a 3.5 × 2 card proportion. Save Contact remains a separate option, so the customer can see the card and save the contact information.
V1.29: The screen layout now adapts for phones and tablets. These screen changes do not change the exact Avery 8371 print dimensions.
QR Contact Card
A visitor can scan this QR code to receive the business contact information. The QR is built from the same information shown on the electronic card.

Print Readiness Check
Before Avery printing, check that the finished master card is safely inside the real card area. This prevents all 10 Avery cards from copying a clipped design.
Recommended workflow: Design Card → Fit Everything for Print → Check Card for Printing → Avery Sample → Final Print.

Print Invitation Cards
Step 1 — Single Card Size & Quality Check
This first test checks the physical size of one card. Do it on ordinary paper before printing Avery card stock.
A finished business card must measure 3.5 inches wide × 2 inches high. After this passes, Step 2 checks the entire 10-card sheet.
Print Size Setup: the earlier full-page print layout could be reduced by the browser/printer.
This version now prints inside the Avery 8371 safe area: .75″ left/right and .5″ top/bottom.
Keep Headers & Footers OFF and Scale at 100% / Actual Size.

Step 2 — Full 10-Card Sheet Alignment
After the single-card size test passes, use these controls only to move the whole 10-card sheet
slightly so it lines up with the Avery perforations. Each press moves the print only 0.01 inch.

Each card below is an exact scaled miniature of the large editing preview above.
For first-time setup, use the new First-Time Avery Sample Page. It prints your actual cards
with bold black cut lines over them so you can hold the plain-paper sample behind an Avery 8371 sheet
and immediately see whether any row is above or below the perforation.
First-time sample: Print on ordinary paper. The sample adds bold black Avery cut lines
directly over your card design. Those black lines are sample-only and will not appear on final cards.

Best first-time method: print the First-Time Avery Sample Page on ordinary paper.
Place it behind the Avery sheet and hold both up to a light. The bold black sample lines should sit directly on the perforations.
Check every row, especially Rows 3–5. The separate lines-only test remains available when you want to test the printer without card artwork.
Full 10-Card Sheet Check
After overlaying the plain-paper test with the Avery 8371 sheet, check each box only when that part lines up. This confirms the whole sheet rather than trusting only the single 3.5 × 2 test card.

Avery 8371 Printable Business Cards
3.5″ × 2″ cards • 10 cards per US Letter 8.5″ × 11″ sheet
Important: First print on ordinary paper. Then print only ONE real business-card sheet and inspect both sides before printing more.
PDF: Printer setup is not required. Press Save Business Cards as PDF, then choose Save as PDF in the print window. The PDF contains two pages: fronts first, backs second.
Double-Sided Business Card Printing
- Print the fronts first.
- Let the sheet finish completely.
- Reload that same sheet so the blank back side will print.
- Use the plain-paper test first because printers feed paper differently.
- Then press Print Backs.
- If the back is upside down or on the wrong side during the test, rotate or flip the paper and try again.
- Once correct, use one real Avery 8371 sheet and inspect it before printing more.
